This project was built for Churches of Christ Care, Queensland at 42 - 44 Proud Street, Labrador.
The 3 storey building consisted of 20 x one bedroom affordable housing units with an energy efficient design.
The construction was completed on time in August 2009 and officially opened by Premier Anna Bligh in October 2009.
"The delivery of this important infrastructure is a big step in the right direction, and I'm very pleased my Government has been able to partner with Churches Of Christ Care to fund this $10 million project."
